Osteopathy

Norma is a graduate of the Canadian College of Osteopathy’s 7-year program earning a Diploma of Osteopathic Manual Practice. Prior to her osteopathic studies, Norma graduated from the University of Waterloo in Honours Kinesiology and has had over 25 years’ experience in manual therapy as a Registered Massage Therapist. She is a member of the Ontario Association of Osteopathic Manual Practitioners.   

Norma treats clients of all ages.  She believes that every patient is unique in their function, and dysfunction, and provides customized treatments based on the individual’s specific needs.  Treatment involves a combination of osteopathic techniques such as Biodynamics, craniosacral, myofascial release, muscle energy, mobilization, and visceral manipulation.

In her free time, Norma is an avid competitive rower (for over 30 years) competing in numerous national and international competitions.
